Tomac & Tomac was built on a simple idea: you deserve more from your attorney than documents and legal advice. You deserve to understand the decisions you’re making, why they matter, and how they fit into the bigger picture of your life.

For Jennifer Tomac, that philosophy grew from experience. Born and raised here in South Dakota, Jennifer left home to attend law school and begin her legal career in Virginia, near Washington, D.C. When she returned home, she brought that experience with her, along with ideas about what a modern law practice could look like and how clients could be better served.

That thinking continues to shape our firm today.

We believe in Education First because good planning begins with understanding. We’ve all heard the phrase, “We don’t know what we don’t know.” Our job isn’t simply to tell you what to do. It’s to give you the information you need to understand your options and make informed decisions with confidence.
